With in house engineering, CAD drafting, machine shop and skilled craftsmen, Seacraft Shipyard performs all types of repairs and conversions to all types of aluminum and steel vessels.
REPAIRS We do normal repairs and maintenance including USCG inspections, bent or broken propellers, shafts and rudders, broken or cracked struts, aluminum and steel repairs, piping, carpentry, electrical repairs, mechanical repairs, alignments, sandblasting and painting. We also do repairs such as re-powering, replacing bottoms, lengthening vessels, re-building vessels that have been sunk or gutted by fire, repairing damage due to collisions, and total refurbishing of vessels. We also offer a 24 hour road service bringing our same quality of service to you.

CONVERSIONS As an industry leader in converting vessels from one service to another, we have converted vessels into Live-aboard Dive boats, Dinner Cruise yachts, Passenger ferries, Sport Fishing boats, Charter yachts, Casino boats, Patrol boats, Excursion boats, Party fishing boats, Crewboats, etc. Our vast experience along with in house engineering, design and CAD drafting enables us to convert a vessel to your specifications, at considerable savings over new construction.

VESSEL BROKERAGE AND SALES If you are considering purchasing or selling a vessel, we maintain an extensive database of vessels for sale. With our unique position as a repair, conversion and construction facility, through the years we have developed a working relationship with many vessel operators who have an interest in selling or purchasing vessels. If we do not already know the history and condition of a vessel that is for sale, we can arrange or perform an on site buyer's inspection. After a vessel is purchased, Seacraft can perform any repairs or conversion work the buyer or seller may require.

Drydocking - We have recently purchased and put into service a 120' x 75', 1200 ton dry –dock at our Amelia facility. The addition of this dry-dock expands the services currently offered at our Amelia shipyard, by increasing our current weight capacity from 1000 tons to 1200 tons and by increasing our current width capacity from 44' wide to 62' wide. This dry-dock gives us not only the capacity to pick up any crew boat presently in service in the Gulf of Mexico, but also allows us to service some of our customers steel vessels as well. Machine shop - We have a fully equipped machine shop and fabrication shop and do all types of aluminum, steel and stainless steel fabrication. Our machinists, equipment and turn around time are second to none. Please keep us in mind for your machine shop/fabrication shop needs. The following is just a few of the items we build, repair and stock:
• Propeller shafts (build, repair, splice, build up, straighten, blue fit, etc) • Propeller shaft struts (foil and vee style) • Cutlass bearing housings (intermediate and strut) • Propeller shaft couplings and keys • Propeller keys and nuts • Propeller nut retainer stainless pins and straps • Propeller shaft retainers (stainless or aluminum) • Propeller shaft stuffing boxes, stay bars and stuffing retainer ring all thread stainless bolts • Rudders (build, straighten, replace blades, replace shafts, etc) • Rudder tiller arms, quadrant blocks, bushings and pins	• Sea suction scoops (bolt on or weld on) • Pad eyes (with or with out stainless bushing) (with or without doubler) • Tire noodles (with or without stainless bushing) • Through hull collars with stainless insert • Drilled, tapped and threaded weld pads (for anodes or deck boards) • Rescue platforms and gangplanks • Engine/transmission aluminum shims • Deck tie up bitts (single or double) • Aluminum/stainless boxes (tool, chain, binder, paint, hose, etc.) • Aluminum/stainless tanks (fuel, water, oil, etc.) • Aluminum ring buoy racks, grappling hooks and grappling poles • Watertight doors and watertight door handle assemblies
