Do It Yourself Option

Times are tough and we recognize the need for our clients to reduce their operating costs to survive. In an effort to help our customers save money on their shipyard repairs, we now offer a "Do It Yourself" option in addition to the traditional "We Do It For You" option. Traditional shipyard service is when you come to the shipyard and tell us what you want done and we manage your entire project. We assign a project manager and use our tools, labor, materials, equipment, contractors and expertise to get the job done and bill you accordingly. Our new "Do it Yourself" option gives you the option to manage your own project at Seacraft. Seacraft provides a place to work (dockside, on dry dock or on land), equipment (dry dock, travelift, crane, forklift, etc.), utilities (electricity, water and trash disposal) and office space. You manage your project using your labor, material, subcontractors, tools, etc.

It allows you to take control of your cost while using our facility to take care of your repair, repower or conversion needs.
